Corporate volunteering plays a significant role in achieving Russia's national development goals and fostering a sustainable future by harnessing business resources for good deeds. Volunteer work engages the most dynamic segment of the population—competent and caring employees from various companies—in meaningful activities.

In 2014, a group of leading companies dedicated to promoting a culture of corporate volunteering within their organizations came together to establish the National Council for Corporate Volunteering. The council comprises over 360 companies from more than 30 economic sectors, with representatives operating in 37 regions of Russia. On November 12, Siberian Wellness became a member of the association of responsible businesses.

The Company has been a member of the NCCV in the Novosibirsk region for a year. Our employees and Consultants are a part of the local volunteer initiatives, including snow removal projects for animal enclosures at the Novosibirsk Zoo, assisting the Homeless Animal Rehabilitation Center in Koltsovo, the "Water of Russia" campaign, beautifying the arboretum, and multiple tree-planting events (over 28,000 seedlings).
